Nursing my heartbreak

Jessi gave me some words of wisdom to cope with my sadness:
i learned, live your life for YOU. there are 2 things that matter
1-you are happy moment to moment (most important)
2-you are responsible and do what you can to help your situation, so you don’t worry about it, and don’t worry about everything else that you can’t control.

Plant your feet on the ground and feel it, then breathe in deeply focusing on your belly button. In yoga they’ll frequently tell you to bring your bellybutton to your spine when breathing in.
